Obituary. Ralph Merle Duncan, 95, passed away on Saturday April 06, 2024 at Wayne Memorial Hospital, Honesdale, PA. He was the husband of Katherine S. (Heckman) Duncan, whom he married on November 20, 2004. Born in Indiana, PA on October 28, 1928, Ralph was the son of the late Leslie Brooks and Elizabeth (Hill) Duncan.
